Annual Meetings

Annual meetings are held in accordance with the Constitution and General Regulations of the Holy Temple of God International Church Organization. Only members in good standing are allowed to vote in annual meetings. Only bishops and apostles who are members in good standing of the Holy Temple of God International Church Organization are allowed to attend and vote in executive sessions. You must register in order to attend an annual meeting. Annual meetings and executive sessions are held on the third Saturday of July each year.

Members may invite nonmembers to annual meetings. Registration packages will be mailed to all who pay to attend. The registration packages includes a souvenir journal, a program and a ticket. The ticket is used to attend the annual meeting, receive breakfast and lunch. Your ticket will also be used to enter the annual banquet in which the ticket could be drawn to receive a one thousand dollar blessing. You must be present to receive that monetary blessing.

If you are not present to receive your blessing, another ticket shall be drawn until someone present claims the one thousand dollar blessing. Call 903-263-4132 or email htog3157@aol.com and pay one hundred and twenty-five dollars registration fee. Registration starts on March 1 and ends on April 30. All packages for July's annual meeting will be mailed in May.
